These Terms of Use apply to the Web Properties operated by TF Group, Inc. & any of its affiliates & subsidiaries (“Web Properties” or each individually “Web Property”) on which these Terms are displayed. These Terms also apply to your use of any services offered through the Web Properties (“Suite of Services”), regardless of how they are accessed. By using the Web Properties, you acknowledge that you understand, agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You agree that, to the fullest extent required by the law of any state, you have been provided, have received, & agree to all disclosures & consent requirements. Certain Services may include additional terms; by agreeing to proceed with any such Services you acknowledge that you have read, understand, & agree to be bound by any additional terms referenced or displayed that apply to those Suite of Services.  Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect & use your information.  By using our Suite of Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & our Privacy Policy. For purposes of these Terms, “you” or “your” means the person(s) using the Web Properties &/or the Suite of Services, & any person(s) for whom such person(s) are acting as an agent with respect to the Web Properties &/or the Suite of Services. “Taycor”, “us” or “we” includes TF Group, Inc. & any of its affiliates or subsidiaries. “Loan” includes, but may not be limited to, any of the credit & related products & Suite of Services which you inquire about by using the Taycor Web Properties. “Provider(s)” includes, but may not be limited to, the banks, lenders, financial institutions, insurers, Suite of Services Suppliers, dealers, agents, brokers & other entities offering products & Services through Taycor’s Web Properties. “Application” refers to your request to be matched with Suppliers of any of the products & Services that you may be connected to through Taycor’s Web Properties.  We are licensed as set forth in the Licenses & Disclosures section, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify the Web Properties or these Terms (or any portion thereof) at any time. Such changes become effective immediately upon posting on the Web Properties. You agree to review these Terms for any such changes upon your use of the Web Properties & that your continued use of the Web Properties or Suite of Services constitutes your acceptance of such changes & modifications. The Web Properties are intended for individuals who are accessing the internet from a physical location within the United States of America & who are at least 18 years of age. By accessing or using the Web Properties, you acknowledge that you are accessing the internet from a physical location within the United States of America & are at least 18 years of age or older.

Your continued use of this site is evidence of your agreement & acceptance to be bound by these Terms.

Web Properties Disclaimers & Liability

THE WEB PROPERTIES, CODE, FORMS, INFORMATION, OTHER CONTENT & SUITE OF SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR USE “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Taycor DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEB PROPERTIES, CONTENT OR SUITE OF SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR. Taycor DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEB PROPERTIES, CONTENT OR SUITE OF SERVICES WILL PROVIDE SPECIFIC RESULTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW:

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL Taycor BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE WEB PROPERTIES OR RELIANCE ON, CONTENT, SUITE OF SERVICES OR OTHER ITEMS LOCATED ON THE WEB PROPERTIES.

Taycor DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER IMPLIED, STATUTORY OREXPRESS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY & FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

ADDITIONALLY, THE OFFERING OR INCLUSION OF ANY SUITE OF SERVICES, PRODUCTS ON THE WEB PROPERTIES DOES NOT CONSTITUTE ANY RECOMMENDATION OR ENDORSEMENT OF SUCH PRODUCTS OR SUITE OF SERVICES BY US. ALL SUCH INFORMATION, PRODUCTS & SUITE OF SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY KIND OF WARRANTY.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend & hold Taycor & its respective directors, officers, shareholders, predecessors, successors, licensors, employees, agents, subsidiaries & affiliates (“Taycor Parties”) harmless from & against any & claims, losses, liabilities or expenses (including attorneys’ fees & costs) & damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Web Properties or Suite of Services, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your alleged violation of these Terms or violation of these Terms. You must not settle any such claim or matter without the prior written consent of Taycor. We reserve the right, at our expense, to assume the exclusive defense & control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, & you further agree that you will cooperate fully in the defense of any such claims.

Limitation on Damages

Taycor’s LIABILITY, IF ANY, SHALL BE LIMITED TO DIRECT & FORESEEABLE DAMAGES, WHICH SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PROVIDED BELOW. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Taycor BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, STATUTORY, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OR  REVENUE OR LOST ANTICIPATED PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR DAMAGE, NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS, IN NO EVENT SHALL Taycor’s TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED U.S. $200.00. THESE LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSIONS APPLY EVEN IF THIS REMEDY DOES NOT FULLY COMPENSATE YOU FOR ANY LOSSES OR FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OR IF WE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF THE DAMAGES OR KNEW. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THESE LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSIONS APPLY TO ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SUITE OF SERVICES OR TO THESE TERMS.

We do not control, investigate, monitor or check such Web sites nor do we control or operate in any respect any products, software, information, or Suite of Services available on non-affiliated third-party Web Properties. Our inclusion of a link to a third-party Web Property does not imply any endorsement of the Suite of Services or the Web Property, its sponsoring organization or its contents. Your use of any such Web Properties may be subject to other terms &of service imposed by the third parties maintaining those Web Properties. When you leave our Web Properties, you agree that We are not responsible for the accuracy or content of the information provided by the third-party Web Property, nor are We liable for any direct or indirect system issues or technical issues arising out of your use of third-party technologies or access to thereof or programs available through that Web Property.

Errors & Delays

You agree that Taycor is not responsible for any errors or delays in responding to an application or request caused by, including but not limited to, an incorrect phone number, email address or other information provided by you or other technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, Waivers & Limitations

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU & US, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DISPUTES RELATING TO THE WEB PROPERTIES, CODE, SUITE OF SERVICES OR CONTENT (“DISPUTE”), SHALL BE FINALLY & EXCLUSIVELY RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (“AAA”). DISPUTES WILL BE ARBITRATED AT A HEARING CONDUCTED IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA; THE ARBITRATOR(S) SHALL HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO DEVIATE FROM THE LAW, & THE ARBITRATOR(S) SHALL MAKE ALL REASONABLE EFFORTS TO EXPEDITE THE ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS & TO LIMIT DISCOVERY. THIS MEANS THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LITIGATE ANY SUCH DISPUTE IN COURT, & THAT YOU AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT REGARD TO ANY CONFLICTS OF LAWS PROVISIONS. IF ANY MATTER PROCEEDS IN COURT, INCLUDING POST-ARBITRATION CONFIRMATION PROCEEDINGS, YOU AGREE TO THE EXCLUSIVE PERSONAL JURISDICTION BY, & VENUE IN, THE STATE & FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, & WAIVE ANY OBJECTION TO SUCH VENUE OR JURISDICTION.

You agree that no arbitration under these Terms shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other parties subject to these Terms. Arbitration must be on an individual basis. You may not litigate in court, consolidate or join claims in arbitration or arbitrate any claims in a private attorney general capacity or as a representative or member of a class or.

You agree that any disagreement or dispute regarding the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of any provision of these Terms, including arbitration & the provisions regarding dispute resolution, is a Dispute subject to the arbitration provisions herein & shall always be resolved by an arbitrator.

You also agree that any cause of action or dispute arising out of or related to the Web Properties, Suite of Services, Code or Content must be commenced within twelve months from the later of (1) through the exercise of reasonable diligence you should have known about the accrual of the cause of action, (2) when the dispute or cause of action accrues or. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

These Terms (including all incorporated or referenced policies, Terms & other provisions) constitutes the entire Terms between you & Taycor & supersedes all prior or contemporaneous written or oral Terms or other communications between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. If a conflict between the language of any terms incorporated by reference & the language of these Terms of Use &, the former incorporated terms shall control.

You acknowledge & agree that, in entering into these Terms, you are not relying on any warranty, statement, representation or promise, implied or express, not explicitly set forth in these Terms, & you hereby waive any claimed reliance on same. If any provision of these Terms shall be found to be unenforceable or invalid, you agree such provision shall, to the maximum extent feasible, be modified by Taycor to render it enforceable with respect to the Dispute at issue & to reflect to the maximum extent possible the intent of the existing language of the provision when considered in the context of these Terms as a whole, that such modified provision shall be enforced with respect to the underlying claims in the Dispute at issue, & that such a finding of unenforceability or invalidity shall not affect the enforceability or validity of these Terms as a whole or of any other provision of these Terms.

Terms Applicable to All Suite of Services

We provide content & operate online on Taycor’s Web Properties selling financial products & a Suite of Services.

By submitting any Application containing your electronic signature through a Taycor Web Property, & separately for each such request you submit, you are indicating that you desire to be contacted by Taycor, and its Partners, Subsidiaries, & Suppliers, & you are providing express written consent that Taycor, a third party on Taycor’s behalf, & Taycor’s Network Partners with whom you are matched, may deliver text messages, SMS or calls to you, including for marketing purposes, using an artificial or prerecorded voice  or an automatic telephone dialing system to the phone number you have provided. You understand that you are providing this consent to receive such telephone calls and text message even if your telephone number is currently listed on any internal, corporate, local, state or federal Do-Not-Call (“DNC”) Lists. You understand that consent to receive these communications is not a condition of using Taycor’s Suite of Services.

You consent to receive email communications from Taycor, its affiliates, & its Suppliers at the phone number or email address you provided or at other phone numbers or addresses that may be associated with you that we receive from Suppliers or other parties. You hereby consent to any such email, so it will not be considered spam or unauthorized by any federal, state or local law or regulation. You agree that the consents described herein shall remain in effect & valid until you revoke them by opting out as outlined below.

You may opt out of receiving calls from Taycor at any time by engaging in any of the following reasonable means: (1) notifying a Taycor customer Suite of Services representative that you no longer wish to be contacted by Taycor & are revoking your consent to be contacted; (2) emailing legal@taycor.com to expressly state in writing that you no longer wish to be contacted by Taycor & are revoking your consent to be contacted; or (3) Responding to any SMS, MMS, text message, or mobile you receive from Taycor in accordance with the express written instructions of that particular messaging program. At any time, you may update your preferred method of contact by calling 800-322-9738 ext. 770. You agree to notify any Partner, Supplier or Provider directly if you no longer want to receive communications from them. You further agree that Taycor is not responsible for a Partner or Provider’s failure to follow your or our instructions to stop contacting you.

Taycor is not an agent of either you or any Partner, Supplier or Provider. Except as otherwise provided for in your state (please see the Licenses section of the Web Properties), Taycor is not acting as the agent of any Supplier, Partner or Provider or as your agent. You agree you will rely on your own research & judgment independent of any information or communications you receive from Taycor in deciding which available terms, product, & Supplier or Provider best suits your needs & financial situation.

Any Application you submit is an application for credit. Suppliers may be able to present conditional offers. The Supplier or Provider is solely responsible for its Suite of Services to you, & you agree that Taycor shall not be liable for any costs or damages of any type arising out of or in any way connected with your use of such a Suite of Services or your interactions with any Supplier or Provider. You understand that Suppliers may keep your Application information & any other information received by them or provided by Taycor in the processing of your Application, whether you are qualified for a product based on a formal application for a Service.

For any Suite of Services, by applying, you represent that all the information you have provided is current, true, accurate, & complete. You further acknowledge that you alone will access the Suite of Services. You must not assign, transform or sell your account to anyone else.

When you “submit” information or otherwise register for Suite of Services through our Web Properties, you understand & agree that you have established a business relationship between you & Taycor. Accordingly, Taycor may send your information to certain third parties & affiliates as provided in the Privacy Policy & you agree that Taycor, its affiliates, suppliers, & persons calling on Taycor’s behalf may contact you using information you provided with offers & information of Services available through Taycor & the Web Properties. You also grant Taycor permission to make recorded or live calls to discuss, remind or provide you of any information regarding your submission & to retain all such provided information &, including incomplete Applications, the identification of matched Partners or Suppliers, quality of service, deadlines or other matters in connection with your Application.

In addition, certain federal & state laws require that the information you provide us is securely maintained & cannot be purged, removed or destroyed until the expiration of certain prescribed periods. Suppliers or Partners may also from time-to-time be required to share the information you submit to them with Taycor in order to adhere to applicable laws. Suppliers & Taycor may also share & maintain information provided by you & about you by third parties for internal analytics & marketing. You are providing express written consent for the retention of this information upon completion of an inquiry form the selected Provider or Supplier &Taycor to share this information for these purposes.

By submitting an Application, you are providing express written instructions under the Fair Credit Reporting Act for Taycor & Provider or Supplier partners with whom you are matched to obtain information from contracted Credit Bureau(s) including your consumer credit report from your credit profile for the purpose of matching you to a Supplier, Provider, product, or Suite of Services through the Taycor network. This information could include, but might not be limited to, your credit score, credit report, & other credit information. Taycor will obtain a limited credit report (“soft pull”) regardless of whether you provide your Social Security Number. To help the government fight identity theft, money laundering activities, & the funding of terrorism, & to help attempt to verify your identity, Taycor & its Suppliers may obtain, verify & record information that identifies each person who applies with us & Partners or Suppliers. Taycor & its Suppliers may ask for your Social Security Number, name, address, date of birth, telephone number, & other important information including, but not limited to, information received from your credit file, that may allow us & Suppliers to properly identify you. It is possible that a Provider may perform a soft inquiry on your credit at the same time, but the soft inquiry into your credit does not impact your credit score. Not all Suppliers will receive your Social Security Number &, for those that do, not all will perform the soft inquiry of credit. Taycor does not perform hard inquiries into credit, though certain lenders will perform a hard inquiry to evaluate you for a firm offer of credit. From time-to-time Taycor is examined by federal& state regulators & as such is required to maintain your Personally Identifiable Information to adhere to certain jurisdictions’ data retention requirements. Your information may also be obtained from Suppliers after you are matched to adhere to federal & state reporting & record retention requirements. You authorize Taycor & its participating Suppliers to share such information as required.

Suite of Services offered by Suppliers may only be made to residents of states where Suppliers are authorized to make such Loans. A Provider’s participation in & offering of its products on the Web Properties does not constitute an offer by Taycor or any Provider to provide Services outside of their authorized jurisdictions, & to the extent you seek or receive information from a Provider regarding any prospective Suite of Services which would be outside of the Suppliers’ authorized jurisdiction, that information is for informational purposes only. Suppliers shall have the right to terminate, suspend or discontinue the offering of any Loan product in any specific state through the Web Properties at any time, without prior notice.

We do not guarantee acceptance into any program or specific terms or conditions with any Provider; approval standards are established & maintained solely by individual Suppliers. Likewise, we do not guarantee that the rates offered by Suppliers include the lowest rates available in the market or the rate that the Suppliers will ultimately charge. The rates & fees actually provided by Suppliers may be lower or higher depending on your complete property/collateral, credit profile,  considerations (if applicable) including but not limited to equity, location, & value & asset/income consideration including but not limited to debt to income & Loan to value & ratios. A Provider’s conditional Loan offer may also be subject to market conditions, approval & qualification.  Unless expressly stated in writing, nothing contained herein shall constitute an interest rate lock-in or promise or off for a Loan commitment. Suppliers or Lenders may not offer all products as well as not offer products in all states. You might not be matched with the Provider making any specific offer. If you agree to terms with any Provider with whom you are matched, you will be responsible for paying for any fees associated with your Loan (such as Origination, Loan processing, underwriting or funding fees) at funding.

By checking any box indicating an acceptance or Terms, a continuance of processing or submission (collectively, a “submission”) you understand that you are acknowledging, consenting, & agreeing to the stated terms & conditions of that submission & that you are submitting an inquiry for a Suite of Services through Taycor to each of the Suppliers to whom your Loan request is transmitted. You are also indicating that you are agreeing, acknowledging & consenting to receive disclosures, notices & other communications (“Disclosures & Communications”) in electronic form (either by Internet or via email) as provided for in the Consent for Electronic Disclosures & Communications from Taycor & its Suppliers.

Terms Applicable to Financial Education Content

We provide tools & content on our Web Properties that allow you to learn how certain financial decisions could impact your financial well-being & enhance your financial education. We provide these materials for educational, entertainment & informational purposes only, & at no time are we providing tax planning, legal, investment, medical or financial advice. You may see offers on these Web Properties from companies that compensate us. This compensation may impact the order & location in which these offers appear. Our Web Properties do not include the entire universe of available financial or credit offers.

Terms Applicable to Commercial Loan Requests

Taycor’s commercial loan Web Properties & Suite of Services, including those Suite of Services available through taycor.com, are designed for businesses & are not intended for individuals’ household, family or personal use. Accordingly, we treat all personal information collected for commercial loan products, including information about visitors to our Web Property, as pertaining to individuals acting as business representatives, rather than in their personal capacity.

Terms Applicable to Credit Repair Suite of Services

Taycor’s affiliate, Ovation Credit Suite of Services, Inc. provides credit repair Suite of Services in exchange for fees which you are responsible for paying only after Ovation has performed its Suite of Services for the covered period of time. If you enter into an agreement to receive credit repair Suite of Services from Ovation, then the terms of such Suite of Services will be defined in the written Terms that you enter into with Ovation.

Terms Applicable to Insurance Request Suite of Services

Taycor & its affiliates & subsidiaries, are not licensed insurance agencies or brokers & do not provide insurance quotes in accordance with the California Insurance Code or similar state statutes. We do not provide any evaluation of the insurance Suppliers or their policies nor is the information we provide intended to take the place of professional advice from a licensed insurance agent. We recommend that all consumers consult with a licensed insurance agent before purchasing any insurance policy. We do not sell any insurance or bind coverage on our Web Properties; instead, we provide a Suite of Services to help Suppliers offer for sale & sell insurance & other authorized products to you.

When you complete an Application online, by clicking on any button indicating an acknowledgement or acceptance of agreement to terms, a submission or continuance of processing you understand that you are acknowledging, agreeing & consenting,  to the stated conditions & terms of that submission & that you are submitting an inquiry as to a product to which Taycor will match you with Suppliers to whom your Application information & data is transmitted. Taycor will also try to find you matches for similar products as well as alternative products for which you sought that may be suitable for your financial needs.

Widgets

Generally, widgets are tools that you may place on your Web Property, which allow visitors to your Web Property to access & view content on or from another Web Property. Widgets published by Taycor (“Widgets”) provide access to the Web Properties, Content & Suite of Services from points outside of the Web Properties. Widgets may be placed on blogs, your pages at online social network or media sites, your Web Properties, (to the extent permitted by such sites), & other similar platforms. Taycor prohibits the placement of Widgets on devices, platforms or Web Properties in nature or that in any way promotes or encourages violence, hatred, illegal activities, discrimination, that contain content that is illegal, sexual, deceptive, offensive or otherwise inappropriate as determined by Taycor at its sole discretion,. You shall use the Widgets in a manner consistent with all applicable laws & solely for lawful purposes. You cannot use the Widgets for any other purpose, & nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to grant you any rights, title or interest in the Content Widgets, Suite of Services or Web Properties. Taycor reserves the right to remove or demand the removal of any Widget, or revoke your right to use any Widget, for any reason.  By accessing & using any Widget (including copying any Widget html code), you agree to be bound by the following:

You may only display the Widget(s) on a Web Property you operate & own & not in any other medium or manner.  Without limitation, you may not change any code provided by Taycor, obscure or disable any element of any Widget, tag links to Taycor from the Widget with a “no follow” attribute or otherwise prevent or discourage search engines from following or scoring link.  You may not modify any Widget. Except for displaying the Widget, you agree not to make any warranties, representations (express or implied) or other statements concerning Suppliers, Taycor, our Web Properties, & Suite of Services.  You may not display any Widget in any manner that implies sponsorship, affiliation with, or endorsement by Taycor.  You must place the Widget on a page that is context-appropriate to the content of the Widget, & any reference to Taycor or its Suite of Services & products must be accurate. For example, you may place Widgets on pages of your web site that contain a discussion of commercial finance, equipment sales or related Suite of Services.

You may not place the Widget on any site that contains any content that is in any way harmful, unlawful, obscene, ethnically, or racially, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.  Additionally, you may not place the Widget on any site that disparages Taycor, our Suite of Services, or the products/ Suppliers, Partners, or Affiliates on our network, violates any applicable law, or infringes any Taycor intellectual property or other rights.

Taycor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to display & download the Widget solely in accordance with (a) these Terms & (b) solely in connection with the Widget, to use our trademarks, logos, trade names & other intellectual property contained in the Widget. These Terms do not grant you any right in any Taycor content, code, trademarks or logo beyond the limited permission to display the Widget granted herein. Taycor reserves the right at any time to modify or terminate your permission to display the Widget. The Widgets are subject to change from time to time at our sole discretion. We may cease to return content from the Widget at any time at our sole discretion.

You agree & acknowledge that Taycor may crawl or otherwise monitor your web site to confirm compliance with these Terms.  The Widget & software, any information& related Suite of Services are provided “as is” with no warranty, & Taycor expressly disclaims any warranties that may be implied or expressed by law regarding any Widget, including warranties of non-infringement or accuracy. Use the Widgets at your own risk. Taycor’s commercial loan Web Properties are designed for businesses & are not intended for individuals’ household, personal, or family use. Accordingly, we treat all personal information collected for commercial loan products, including information about any visitors to our Web Property, as pertaining to individuals acting as business representatives, rather than in their personal capacity.

This information could be provided via an online form, over the phone, by email or SMS or via other means in which you interact with our Suite of Services.

Information from Suite of Services Suppliers: Information is collected from third-party service Suppliers, such as suppliers who may have data on your financial profile, or other demographic information as well as from credit bureaus &.

Information from cookies & other tracking technologies: We use web beacons, cookies, & similar technologies to track the use of our Site, record your preferences, & collect Information. This information may include browser type, internet protocol (IP) addresses, internet service provider (ISP), exit/referring pages, time/date stamp, operating system, &/or clickstream data. Network Partners: In submitting an application or using any other Suite of Services provided over the phone or through the Web Property, you agree that Taycor may share information about you or provided by you with lenders & other third parties which provide a Suite of Services to our business consumers (collectively, “Network Partners”) to deliver the products & Suite of Services you requested. PLEASE NOTE: The Network Partners that interact with you may retain & use your information whether you use their Suite of Services. You should contact these Network Partners directly concerning their information sharing & privacy & practices. Pursuant to the contracts between Taycor & its Network Partners, if you select a Network Partner, Taycor may also receive information about you from that Network Partner including, but not limited to, the disposition of your loan or the amount. Taycor & its Network Partners may exchange information about your accounts, your loan terms, & you for the purpose of providing you with information about our financial products & services. Taycor may maintain this information to assist with regulatory request(s), litigation, law enforcement requests, marketing purposes, internal analytics & any other legally permissible purpose.

Taycor affiliates: Taycor may share information about you or provided by you with the Taycor affiliates.

Taycor Suite of Services & Suppliers: We may share information with our Suite of Service Suppliers that perform certain services on our behalf including, but not limited to, entities providing business analysis, marketing partners or credit bureaus &/or product or web support.

Other Situations: We may also disclose information about you or provided by you at our sole discretion:

i. In response to a subpoena or court order, or similar investigative demand, self-regulatory body, a request for cooperation from a law enforcement agency, or other governmental agency; to defend against legal claims; establish or exercise our legal rights;; or as we reasonably believe is required by law. iv. In connection with federal &/or state licensing requirements regarding the reporting of information contained in the loan inquiries we receive from you. You authorize Taycor to obtain any & all required information from the Network Partners that have interacted with you in order for Taycor to comply with current laws & regulations as well as with any requests from federal or state regulators. This information could include but is not necessarily limited to the terms of the loan you selected.

v. We may share information with third parties that is not personally identifying, such as anonymized or aggregated data, at our discretion, & where not prohibited by law.

Do Not Track & Cookies

We may use web beacons, cookies & other technologies & pixels to collect information about your online activities over time & across third-party Web Properties or online services or which may allow a third party to track your online activities over time & across different sites when you use the Web Properties.

We do not participate in any frameworks that respond to Do Not Track signals and the Web Properties do not support Do Not Track browser settings.

Marketing & Communications

Communications: If you apply for our Suite of Services, we will from time to time, send you information about new products, services, promotions, or the status of your application. Users who receive these marketing materials can opt out at any time.  If you don’t want to receive a particular type of marketing material from us, text “STOP” to a corresponding SMS notification or click the “unsubscribe” link in the corresponding email or call us to request an opt out at 310-895-7715 or email us at legal@taycor.com. Important: when you submit an application you are opting in to receive calls, emails, & text messages from Taycor Financial, its affiliates, partners, or assignees & depending on your personal credit score, you agree to be contacted by our trusted partner, Ovation Credit Suite of Services, a Lending Tree company, for the purpose of determining if credit repair Suite of Services may benefit you.

Advertising on third party sites: We may use third-party cookies or tracking technology. This technology allows us to improve the online experiences we deliver and drive targeted advertisements to you from Taycor. Some of these advertising companies may be platforms, DSP, or networks that are members of the Network Advertising Initiative which offers a location for opting out of ad targeting from member companies. Accessing & Updating Your Information

The appropriate method(s) for accessing your information, if any, will depend on which Site or Suite of Services you have used. Depending on the respective Site or Suite of Services, you may have the ability to view or edit some of your information online using the respective Site or Suite of Service’s interface.
